How can I support you?
Before we begin the therapeutic relationship, I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation online via Teams.
This gives you space to ask questions, share a little about what brings you to therapy, and get a sense of how I work. This is an opportunity to get a feel for whether therapy is right for you and to see whether my approach fits your needs.
I appreciate it can feel daunting to take the first steps towards seeking help or meeting a new therapist. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with, or commit to sessions during the consultation.

If you decide to go ahead with therapy, we can continue to have weekly or bi-weekly 50 minute sessions for as many weeks as we feel is best for you. Some people prefer to meet less often, I am happy to be flexible to meet your needs.
What to expect?
I offer 50 minute therapy sessions either in-person in Leeds City Centre and online via Teams, ensuring flexibility & accessibility.

I offer £50 in person sessions or £40 fee for students and unemployed / low income clients. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Long-term or short-term therapy?
I offer short-term & long-term therapy for adults 18+. Sessions can be open-ended & regularly discussed to allow the work to unfold naturally when working in depth.
Short-term therapy (focused time-limited 6-20 weeks)
Short-term therapy can be helpful if you would like to focus on a specific issue or develop coping strategies for a difficulty you are facing.
This approach can provide structure and clarity, helping you work towards particular goals within an agreed timeframe.
Long-term therapy (space for deeper exploration)
Long-term therapy may feel appropriate if you would prefer an open-ended exploratory process.
This can allow space for deeper self-reflection to understand long-standing relational patterns, past experiences, unconscious processes, how early relationships may be impacting present & deeper roots of emotional difficulties. The pace is guided by you, allowing time for reflection, process and building awareness.
